Terms of Use
1. Licence
Rafton is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). By downloading or using Rafton you agree to the EULA. In the EULA, the "Licensor" and "Application Provider" is Rafton.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Rafton Pro is sold through the App Store and charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.
3. Our promises
On top of the EULA, we make four promises to everyone who uses Rafton: free forever with no caps, we never touch your money, your documents stay yours, and a price lock while your subscription stays active. They are written in full on Our promises and are part of these terms.
4. Not tax or legal advice
Rafton helps you create documents. It does not give tax, accounting or legal advice, and it does not check that a document meets the rules where you work. You choose the tax rates, wording and terms. Rules for invoices, contracts, deposits and cancellation rights differ by state, province and country. When in doubt, ask a tax adviser or lawyer.
5. Your documents
You are responsible for the documents you make and send with Rafton, and for the client details you keep in it. Only make a receipt for a payment you actually received.
6. Changes
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. A change will never take back our promises from people who already use Rafton.
